The video looks really clear, at least from what I can tell. I was a little unsure how it would do at night, but it actually works well in the dark too.

"Easy help once I got through"
I had to call vtech support because my phone wasn’t setting up right. The person I talked to were really patient and walked me through everything without making me feel rushed. I did have to wait a little before getting connected, but after that they got the problem fixed fast.

I ordered from VTech and, as far as I could tell, everything matched my confirmation. The box showed up in good shape too, so no real complaints there. Shipping maybe could’ve been a little quicker, but overall the order was accurate and went fine

I wasn’t expecting much, but it feels sturdy. My kid has already dropped it a bunch of times, and somehow it’s still holding up fine.

"Wi-fi is a little hit or miss"
Setup wasn’t too bad overall. The only real issue is the wi-fi drops out every now and then, and I end up having to restart it. When it stays connected, it works fine. Not a dealbreaker, just kind of annoying.

I didn’t have any trouble getting the app connected, it was actually quick and straightforward. Has anyone else had it connect this fast, or was I just lucky?

"Pretty clear instructions overall"
Setting it up was easy, though I can’t remember if I had to reread that one step before or after I was halfway through. Either way, the instructions mostly made sense, and once I figured out that small part, it didn’t take very long at all.

"Nice learning toy without the hassle"
After dealing with so many kids’ toys that are either way too loud or not worth the back-and-forth with returns, this one was a relief. My son actually sits and plays with it, and I can tell he’s picking up letters and numbers while he does. It’s not obnoxiously noisy either, which I really appreciate. Overall, happy with it.

"Shockingly, a kids’ toy that feels worth the money"
Ordered this from vtech.com for my kid, it ended up being a solid buy. The toy feels sturdy, works like it’s supposed to, and somehow didn’t require taking out a small loan like half the other stuff I looked at. Shipping was fine too, not exactly a red carpet delivery, but it showed up without drama, so I’ll take it. For the price, I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

"Updates work, but the whole process is kind of a hassle"
The software updates usually go through, but they take way longer than I expected and I’ve had to retry a couple of times. It’s not the worst thing ever, just annoying when you’re trying to get everything set up. I also got transferred around when I reached out for help, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Fun toy, but didn’t hold up as long as I hoped"
I got this VTech toy for my kid and they really enjoyed it at first. The buttons and sounds all worked great, and it kept them entertained for a while. After a few months though, one of the buttons started sticking, which was a little disappointing. Not the end of the world haha, I just expected it to last a bit longer.

"Handy in spots, but not perfect"
I do like that some of the features are genuinely useful and make things a bit easier. That said, it feels limited in a few areas, and some tools aren’t as helpful as I expected. Still, for what it does well, it’s decent and I can see it being handy for basic use.

"Delivery showed up right when they said it would"
I ordered from vtech.com the delivery was smooth. I got the tracking updates along the way, and when I had a quick question, support basically said, “It’s on schedule and should arrive as planned,” which ended up being true. No delays, no having to chase anyone down, and it showed up right on time. Happy with the experience.

"Got it running quickly"
Setting it up was easy overall. I think I had it going in like 10 minutes, or maybe it was closer to 20 because I got distracted halfway through. There was one small hiccup, but nothing too frustrating, and after that it worked fine

This seemed like a good fit for my kid’s age and didn’t feel too babyish, which I liked. I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality and how long it’ll hold up, but so far it’s been fine.

"Safe enough, but not quite what I expected"
I picked up this vtech toy for my toddler because it looked like it would be really sturdy and safe, and to be fair, the smooth edges and screwed-in battery cover are good. But the way it was advertised made it seem a bit more solid than it actually feels. Some of the plastic feels cheaper than I expected, so I still find myself checking it often while my kid plays. It’s not a bad toy, but it doesn’t fully live up to the confidence I thought I’d have with it.
